2 COLORS is an understandable way to group people into four personality temperaments and help us learn to recognize, accept, and value differences in others.

3 COLORS is based on Jungian (Carl Jung) personality theory and has been researched and refined by David Kiersey, Katherine Myers and Isabel Briggs
