The COLORS Program A means to help us better understand human behavior

COLORS is an understandable way to group people into four personality temperaments and help us learn to recognize, accept, and value differences in others.

COLORS is based on Jungian (Carl Jung) personality theory and has been researched and refined by David Kiersey, Katherine Myers and Isabel Briggs

COLORS: Relationships 2. Focus on the Individual - We rely on each other to achieve many goals - Every person we meet has knowledge and personal strengths - For success it is important to focus on each person we meet, not their title or status
