Drive business success and regional economic progress –Increase business investment and entrepreneurial growth Ability to attract them is critical factor in ability to succeed in the knowledge economy Greening of the global marketplace What attracts them? Attracted by quality of life and sustainable lifestyle Existence of competing, complementary, or interdependent firms and industries that do business with each other and/or have common needs for talent, technology, and infrastructure.
