Fundraising Club Competition
10
Why Have a Competition? Club leaders unhappy with current budget allocation GBA budget based on number of students and therefore unlikely to sufficiently increase So, why not create a contest to encourage GBS Club Leaders to fundraise for their clubs and increase their budgets?
11
Competition Details Clubs will all start at $0 in terms of fundraising efforts counting towards the competition (i.e. previous fundraising or corporate sponsorship money will not count for this contest) Clubs will be given until 12 PM on the last day of classes (Section Feud Day) to fundraise for their club and submit their results Fundraising efforts can be in any form (corporate sponsorship, community fundraising, club dues, etc.) The total amounts will be compared and the winning club announced at Section Feud
12
Prize Money Prize money will be awarded to the top 2 fundraising clubs and will be added to the club’s budget allocation for spring semester Prize money: –1 st Prize = $150 - $250 –2 nd Prize = $50 - $150 (Jeff and Reed will determine actual amount)
13
GBA Bowling Fundraiser
