1 Last Lesson Review 1.Martin Luther King, Mahatma Gandhi and Nelson Mandela all led successful civil rights campaigns for racial equality in their respective countries. 2.In the United States, actions like the Montgomery bus boycott and the Freedom Rides would help end segregation in the United States. 3.Aboriginal civil rights campaigners would be inspired by their American counterparts, and organise actions such as the NSW Freedom Rights to end segregation in remote towns.
