The visitor should think that it´s 1 library. Every visitor, every question, has come to the right place! Vision - books together - all staff working together - computer network in common - same library system - all rules are the same

What have we done so far? An inventory of the accessability, performed by architects with special education, resulting in proposals including costs. An action plan for improvment. Reading workshop with wide-screen computers equipped with software to assist those with reading disabilities. Educating personal. Website following W3C recommendations.

Apple Library adapted physically broad entrences and passable ways for people in wheel-chairs, alarm-buttons, door-openings, hearing-aids, pedagogical toys and the apple… adapted media all sort of talking books, books in blind characters, videotape in sign language, easy readers, large print, tactile books, computers with suitable play-games and reading programs… Book-case with informing, pedagogical literature for adults – parents and teachers.

Today and tomorrow new functions new technology new personal less money preparedness and willingness to change global watching and future perspective in support of democracy and equal rights the need for a library building?
