Algeria cooperation with the Embassy of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria in Warsaw 2012 – 6 applications 0 – identity confirmation 0 – documents issued 2013 – 3 applications (plus 1 reminder) 1 – identity confirmation 1 – documents issued a passport application ( with finger print) has to be completed in 60% an ID must be provided consular interview (if the above requirements are not met) in order to issue a document the date of a planned deportation must be provided (1 week prior) a foreigner must sign his document in the Embassy

Morocco cooperation with the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morroco in Warsaw 2012 – 6 applications 2 – identity confirmation 2 – documents issued 2013 – 5 applications, (plus 3 reminders) 3 – identity confirmation 3 – documents issued consular interviews are obligatory in order to issue a document the date of a planned deportation must be provided a foreigner must sign his document in the Embassy

Libya cooperation with the Embassy of the State of Libya in Warsaw 2012 – 0 applications 2013 – 1 application, (plus 1 reminder) 1 – identity confirmation 1 – document issued consular interviews are carried out outside the Embassy (in a prison-van) In 2013, the embassy paid for the return of their citizen to his country of origin

The Democratic Republic of the Congo cooperation on the basis of the Cotonou Agreement 2012 – 9 - applications 1 – identity confirmation 1 – document issued 2013 – 3 applications, (plus 2 reminders) 0 – identity confirmation 0 – documents issued Migration Clause, art. 13 of the Partnership agreement between the members of the African, Caribbean and Pacific group of states of the one part and the European Community and its member states of the other part, signed in Cotonou on 23 June 2000. New arangements after 2 meetings: -the visit of the representatives of Aliens Department of BG Headquarters to DR Congo (4-7 March 2013) -the visit of the representatives of the General Directorate of Migration in Kinshasa to Poland (3-8 June 2013) applications are sent via internet to the General Directorate of Migration in Kinshasa and to the Embassy of Democratic Republic of Congo in Warsaw (in French) consular interviews are carried out if there are no copies of documents possibility to invite experts from Kinshasa for interviews

Iran cooperation with the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Warsaw 2012 – 17 applications 2013 – 9 applications (plus 9 reminders) 3 – identity confirmation 1 – document issued in order to confirm identity of a foreigner a copy of Szenasname (Iranian document that serves as ID and Birth certificate) and information concerning members of the person’s family in Iran has to be provided (addresses and telephone numbers) consular interviews (if a foreigner does not intend to talk with a representative of the embassy, the consular interviews are not carried out) a document is issued only if a foreigner states his willingness to return to his country of origin

Syria cooperation with the Embassy of the Syrian Arab Republic in Warsaw 2012 – 31 applications 1 – identity confirmation 1 – document issued 2013 – 60 applications (plus 121 reminders) 31 – identity confirmation no documents issued deportations to Syria have been halted consular interviews are possible the embassy confirms identities but does not issue documents because of warfares in Syria

Lebanon cooperation with the Embassy of Lebanese Republic in Warsaw 2012 – 5 applications 3 – identity confirmation 1 – document issued 2013 – 6 applications (plus 3 reminders) 1 – identity confirmation no documents issued 2 cathegories of foreigners confirmed: citizens of Lebanon and citizens of Palestine with a stay permit in Lebanon no consular interviews very long process of identity confirmation (if there is no copy of a Lebanese documents) after identity confirmation, thumbprint on a special form must be provided in order to issue a document very complicated process of expulsion (Lebanese authorities in Beyrouth must send to the air carrier their approval for deportation)

Pakistan cooperation with Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan based on the Agreement between the European Council and the Islamic Republic of of Pakistan on the readmission of persons residing without authorization 2012 – 59 readmission applications 14 – identity confirmations (no statistics concerning documents) 2013 – 16 applications (plus 41 reminders) 10 – identity confirmation 4 - documents issued readmission requests are sent to the Ministry of Inner Affairs in Pakistan via the embassy fingerprint cards and consular interviews are obligatory the answears to readmission requests are sent after a few months, despite the agreement’s provisions (30 days) Travel documents are issued for several days (according to the agreement a travel document should be valid for 6 months) in December 2013 problem with issueance of 2 travel documents
