2. Introduction PriceGrabber is an online shopping website where members can buy and sell products ranging from electronics to clothing to toys It is a fast, convenient way to locate and compare the best products, merchants and prices online It is ideal for anyone who wants to shop online but does not have time to visit several different sites all selling the same thing in order to find the best price It not only provides product pictures and descriptions, but it also provides product ratings and merchant ratings so that shoppers get the best value 2

3. Creating a User Account In order to take advantage of many of PriceGrabber’s features, you need to be a member. The process of Creating your User Account can be broken down into 4 small sections: –1. Registration –2. User Agreement –3. Verification –4. Email Confirmation

4. Getting Started Open up for Internet provider and in the address box type www.pricegrabbers.com and hit “Enter”.

5. At the top of the page, click on the “Your Account” button.

6. On this page, there will be two headings: Not Currently A Member? and Existing PriceGrabber Members.

7. Under the Not Currently A Member? heading, click the bottom button Sign Up Now!

8. Step 1: Registration

9. The first step of the four step process will now appear. Click in the first text box and type in the appropriate information for each. (Note: Only the fields with an asterisk (*) next to them are required. The rest are optional.) You may use the “Tab” key on your keyboard to move more easily from one text box to the next. Once you are finished typing in the information, click the green Continue button at the bottom of the page.

10. Step 2: User Agreement In order to be a member, you must agree to certain terms of agreement regarding the use of the site. The agreement covers such things as eligibility, privacy policy, reviews, etc.

11. User Agreement Continued Once you have thoroughly read through the agreement, click in the three boxes to the left that say “I agree” and a check mark will appear in each. Next, click on the green button at the bottom of this page that says I accept this agreement. You can not become a PriceGrabber member if you don’t accept this agreement You can view the terms of agreement at any time by going to http://www.pricegrabber.com/info_memtermsofuse.php

12. Step 3: Verification Double check that all of the user information you completed in the Registration section is correct. If it is correct, click the green button saying Continue If not, click the other button saying Edit and make any necessary corrections.

13. Step 4: Email Confirmation In order to confirm that you have entered a valid email account, PriceGrabber will send you a confirmation email which you will need to retrieve and confirm Open up a new internet browser window Go to your email site and log into your account You should have a new email from PriceGrabber waiting for you with the subject “Thank you for registering with PriceGrabber”

14. Sample Email It should resemble the one below: Find the 10 digit Email Validation code and copy it

15. Email Confirmation continued Paste the Email Validation Code into the empty text box and click Continue.

16. As soon as your E-mail address has been confirmed, you will be taken to new webpage. It will contain a link that will allow you to continue on. Click the link, it says Click here to continue. And you are now ready to begin. Enjoy! You’re finished!!!
