5. P LAN U PDATES AND E XERCISING Plans should be reviewed for changes at least every 6 months or anytime there is a change in staffing or the processes. We will assist you with exercising your plan every 12-18 months, including one overall university exercise on a yearly basis. You may want to exercise other elements such as the calling tree MORE often.
