Whois Data Reminder Policy Findings and Trends Major Findings in 2010 – 99% (945 of 954) of the ICANN-accredited registrars responded to the 2010 WDRP audit – 98% of registrars required to send WDRP notices were in compliance with the form and content requirements – 88.8% of WDRP notices are transmitted in English (compared to 91% in 2009) – 98% of ICANN-accredited registrars sent WDRP notices via e-mail 38
