9/20/2015 Office Management Menu - Eligibility Eligibility provides the current eligibility, COB and benefit information. The Schedule of Benefits (SOB) is accessed via the Benefits Document link. By pressing Select at the bottom of the page, the member will be added to the Current Patient list.

9/20/2015 Office Management Menu - Claims Claims allows the provider to check claim status, view Remittance Advice and Add Claims. Select Detail to view the claim information.

9/20/2015 Office Management Menu – Remittance Advice Remittance Advice can be searched by provider, member, claim number or check date.

9/20/2015 Office Management Menu – Add Claim To add a claim select the Add Claim tab and select member. Once member is selected the Professional Services screen will appear. All fields with a blue bullet are required fields. Select Add Services to enter CPT codes. *At this time providers can only submit outpatient OT, PT, ST and Office Visits.*
