Physical Features Gorillas have a rough face 4 toes & 1 thumb like toe
Very enlarged hands 32 teeth And rough black skin

Its Habitat Lives in parts of Africa Lies in lowlands and mountains
Roams in humid areas as well as clear

Habitat Adaptations He has dark skin to blend in to his environment
They have large hands to hold and grasp things He shelters himself with leaves under trees to sleep Hides and runs when it hears a predator

Its Feeding Grown male and female gorillas feed on fruits and plants.
Infants eat solid foods when born.

Feeding Adaptations They have wide tongues and 32 sharp teeth to eat its food. Gorillas eat 2 times a day;morning and night.

Its Breeding Female gorillas mate at the age of 8 and males mate at 12. They have 1 offspring at a time. The mama carries the baby for 3 months until it can walk at 5 months.

Breeding Adaptations While the gorillas travel, the mama carries the baby on its back until it can walk. The male gorillas breed by finding and calling to the female gorilla. The mama gorilla cares for 1 offspring until it can go off on its own at 3 years old.

Endangered Species? This species is endangered .Hunters are killing and experimenting on them so they cant reproduce. We can save them by putting them in a wildlife environment until they reproduce again.
