Vaccines for Children Program Federally funded program Provides vaccines for eligible children younger than nineteen years Criteria Medicaid eligible Uninsured Underinsured (health insurance doesnt pay for vaccines) and receives care in Federally Qualified Health Clinic (FQHC) or Rural Health Clinic RHC American Indian/Alaska Native

Provisional HPV coverage: Vaccines for Children Program HPV vaccine covered for eligible children nine years old to the nineteenth birthday VFC recommendations Recommended Age 11-12 years Eligible females as young as 9 years can be vaccinated Three dose series time 0, 2 months, 6 months Catch up recommended Contraindication: immediate hypersensitivity Precaution: moderate or acute illness
