Important information… Library Hours~ 8:00-3:30 Class visits~ Every other week Check in/out materials~ Any time with teacher’s permission You can check out as many as 3 items at a time AR books are labeled with a red sticker

Important information… Return books in the book drop Return magazines in the wire basket at the circulation desk Computers are available for AR test, searching Athena, or typing in Word at any time. You must get permission before getting on the Internet or printing.

Checkout procedures… Books and magazines are checked out for two weeks To renew a book, you must have it with you Magazines are checked out in plastic envelopes and must be returned in the envelope

Checkout procedures… You can reserve a book that is checked out to another student Tell Mrs. Hamilton or Mrs. Pillow the title of the item you want, and you will be added to the waiting list When your book is in, we will put your name in the bulletin to notify you that you can pick it up.

While you’re in the library… Be respectful of students and teachers who are working or reading (students often make up tests in the library). If you are with your class, stay on task and pay attention to the lesson. If you are on a pass, look quietly for a book and do not talk to other students.

VISIT THE LIBRARY!!! READ! READ! READ! If you are having trouble finding the right book, ask Mrs. Hamilton, Mrs. Pillow, or your teacher for help.
