8 A leader must have the courage to act against an expert's advice
Quotes Leadership is not a position. It is a combination of something you are (character) and some things you do (competence). A leader is someone you choose to follow to a place you wouldn't go by yourself If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader. A leader must have the courage to act against an expert's advice The leaders who work most effectively think "we"; they think "team." Good leaders must first become good servants Setting an example is not the main means of influencing others, it is the only means “A leader is best when people barely know they exist, when their work is done, their aim fulfilled, people say: we did it ourselves.”
