What is Leadership? A process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent

Is a manager a leader? Yes, no, maybe A leader inspires others to achieve higher goals A manager has the authority to accomplish organizational goals Leaders can inspire without authority Managers can “boss” without inspiration
