7. External Evaluation Last Thursday we invited parents of juniors and seniors to participate in the evaluation of their child but many did not show up. Next year, Please be on the look out for solicitations from Vanguard asking you to attend.

8. After School Activities Study Center Hours Remind students that the Learning Centers are in full operation beginning this week. 11. Outreach Each member of the Parent Teacher Leadership Team will be asked to reach out to the groups of parents on the list I am distributing. Guidelines about calling; The survey will be used as a guide for calling them. Call them just to say hi and information them briefly about events at Vanguard. Then a week before the event they will be contacted to remind them of the event.

12. Announcements JREC Rally--Our next JREC Rally is on Tuesday, Dec. 12th at 3:15. We will be marching to CUNY Offices on East End Ave and 80th St. We need lots of Vanguard students to join in this march. Save the date and come by Advisories.

13. PTLT Meeting Our next PTLT meeting will be held on January 8, 2007 at 6pm. Please remember to contact your parents by Friday, January 5, 2007.
