We want to report from our first cooking Hildabrötchen Hilda cookies „Let‘s taste Europe“ Hallo partners

1. Preparing the dough for the cookies with flour, butter, eggs,sugar, Selcuk, Gökan Angelina, Seyda, Sabine and Salome were very busy

2. Rolling out of the dough and cutting out of the cookies. Selcuk likes to taste the ingredients.

Arne Mika, Selcuk, Angelina,Salome und Seyda are very serious bakers

Gökan prefered to look at the work ! He didn‘t like to touch the dough.

After the hard bakery work we needed a breakfast. Diana is setting the table. We had prezel with butter, spread cheese and fruits. Prezel is a speciality of our region.

3. After baking the cookies we spread jam on them and coated them with icing. Some pupils of our cooperationclass helped us

This was the result! We had so much fun with our first baking for the cooking book. Lots of greetings from Offenburg.

Recipe: Hilda cookies cookie- dough: 500gr flour, 125gr sugar, 250gr butter, 2 eggs.

Roll out + cut out + put them on a baking tray - bake the cookies in the oven at 180 °C for 15 -20 minutes

After baking finish the Hilda cookies in this way: Spread red jam on half of the cookies. Place the other one on top Coat with icing Icing:
