What is the status of LEARN? State Literacy Teams? What will the new teacher education program review mean? 2:45 – 3:30 Education Policy Sci 101 – What is the system and how is it supposed to work? What is an appropriation? A budget allocation? What is the definition of SBRR? How are these decisions made? 3:30 – 5:00 Education Policy at the State Level 101 – Who should I be calling to talk about what issues? The governors have what role in education? The SEA makes this decision…. 6:00 - No host dinner (optional)
