3 Where to start? Summer 2007 Began considering holding an S-PAC Fall 2007 Contacted our regional S-PAC coordinator Worked out general logistics Winter Break 2007 Invited speakers (perhaps earlier would have been better) Invited companies for the expo Budget Planning
