Top Recipient Countries Top recipient countries of committed support are: Vietnam (US$66 million); Indonesia (US$55 million); Nigeria (US$51 million); Turkey (US$46 million) and Cambodia (US$23 million)

Where does the shoe pinch? With the spread of the H5N1 virus into Africa, both country- and regional operations sponsored by OIE, FAO, WHO and African institutions will require significant grant funding to be able to respond promptly to avian influenza outbreaks
