3 You can change the order of your slides several ways. Using Slide Sorter is one of the easiest ways. You can access Slide Sorter by clicking the View Tab and then click the slide sorter icon. Or, you can access Slide sorter by clicking the Slide Sorter Icon in the lower right hand corner.

6 Left click desired slide and drag to new position. Drop slide in its new spot.

7 Click Normal to return to normal view for PowerPoint

9 Slide Transitions are the special effects used to add pizzazz and emphasis to individual slides.

11 For each slide, click on Transition type for a preview. Select Transition speed. Experiment with different effects.
