2 RECAP Previous briefings March 6 and June 15 Additional data sent to BOS Aug. 13: - Vehicle photos and specs - Research on storage facilities - Initiated outreach with business community; met with TAC 2

3 MODIFIED CODE CHANGES Proposed code changes were modified to address issues raised by BOS Length changed to 21 ft. instead of 20 ft. Clarified Sec. 82-5-7 to focus on commercial vehicle definition/restrictions distinct from CPDs (but some overlap) Exempts vehicles on business, moving vehicles (e.g., U-hauls for 48 hrs.), vehicles transporting persons with disabilities, some others 3
