Start your meeting early
For a recurring meeting, or a meeting with a small group of folks comfortable with the tool, you should start 15 minutes early! For a webinar (especially if you have new presenters and / or a large and inexperienced audience) start 30 minutes early!

Other Helpful Tips… Designate a specific person to record if you choose to record (remember to make them an organizer). Have a person on the call who can manage questions and chat from your audience. This person should arrive early to manage technical difficulties too Practice your webinar with your other presenters (my webinars, click on practice. Please note: only specified organizers and panelists can practice).
