Follow-up Plan Survey of audiologists Results supported: few pediatric audiologists variable protocols poor access untimely appts Goal: establish 4-5 approved centers

Training and Funding NCHAM course offered RFP sent to interested audiologists Proposals submitted for equipment and training. 3 centers funded ($15,000) 2 other programs will submit for approval but not funded

General Provisions for Funding Acceptance of 3rd party payments including medicaid Culturally and linguistically appropriate standards of care Policies and guidelines met Equipment requirements ( OAE,ABR,High Frequency Tympanometry,VRA,Real-Ear) Scheduling requirements
