There are four airports: 1. One at Banana City, the Capital (XBAN) 2. One at Apple Town ((XAPP) 3. One at Kiwi Town (XKIW), and 4. General Requirements 112.1 A person who handles, offers for transport or transports dangerous goods by aircraft within Fantasia Island or between Fantasia Island and another State must do so in accordance with the ICAO Technical Instructions and these Regulations. Issuance or Refusal of a Permit for Equivalent Level of Safety 114.2 The Minister may issue a permit for equivalent level of safety if the Minister is satisfied that the activity authorized by the permit will be conducted in a manner that will provide a level of safety at least equivalent to that provided by these Regulations. Training Requirements 129.1 A person, who handles, offers for transport or transports dangerous goods must: a) Be adequately trained, or b) Perform those activities in the presence and under the direct supervision of a person who is adequately trained.
