Conclusions zLow response rate, but major systems with the exception of CPT and Read responded zAt least one terminology for each of the domains specified in the survey zVariation in license and fee structure zWith the exception of the terminologies in the public domain, licenses are likely to be required for domain specification, message sending, and message receipt
