© 2009 | Sept 25, 2009 CCHIT Program Launch CCHIT launching programs now Understand there is uncertainty in the specifics/scope of ARRA requirements. Domains: Inpatient, Emergency Department, Ambulatory, HIE Domains included a small number of additional criteria to meet the objectives and measures outlined in the Meaningful Use Matrix Add-on for domains for Advanced Interoperability (XDS) Add-ons for Ambulatory: Cardiology and Child Health Child Health criteria are the work product of the Child Health Work Group last year with no additional criteria being required to meet Meaningful Use. Why we launched 2011 certification now: Providers and hospitals who wait until Fall 2010 to choose EHR technology will experience a high risk of failing to achieve meaningful use in time for the 2011-2012 incentives.
