5. Slide 5 Applications Programme 23 April 2002 Project Overview Previous project 1.2 and 1.3 merged in response to previous review to form new project 1.2 Advanced Video Communication. The overall objective of Project 1.2 is to investigate the performance of audio/video services on IP only networks, both wired and wireless. The current sub-projects developed out of identification of three areas that needed developments to enable us to carry out the investigation.
