What You Need... A computer with an internet connection Access to an email account that is not shared with any other Referee in any sport or group Your assignors’ email addresses listed as “trusted sources” in your email account

What will happen? Information you give us on your registration form will be passed to your DRA, who in turn will pass it on to the appropriate assignors in your district. Once the assignor enters this information, you will get a “Welcome Message” from each assignor “group.”

Set up your “Blocks” The “Blocks” screen is the most complex screen you will need to face in Arbiter. To keep it simple, always approach it with the following process in mind: 1. Select the desired action. 2. Determine the time or frequency options for that action. 3. Select the dates to apply the action to.

So... to block a full day: First select the “Block All Day” action.

So... to block a full day: If you want to apply it to an unusual set of dates, say every Sunday in March, April and May; you can set that up in the frequency options area.

So how do I find out if I have a game? It is CRITICAL that you look at the email address you provided us with EVERY DAY from NOW until you DIE!

The Game Screens This screen will give you all of the information you need to know about ANY match. The date and time of the match... The age level of the teams and the league... Where the game is being played......and the teams who are playing. The position you have been assigned...

This screen will give you more detail about the match. The Game Screens Who is on the game... Whether they have accepted the game... Their email address... And all of their phone numbers!

If you don’t know where the game is... The Game Screens Click on the “site” link...

It will show you where the field is in Google maps and allow you to get customized directions! The Game Screens

To accept or decline... You must take action on all games assigned by the deadline or you will be removed from the game!

And last but not least... Be certain the game shows as either “accepted” or has disappeared from your schedule!
