5 Statewide Provider Database (SPD) KEY POINTS SPD contains information on both DCFS contracted providers AND community providers who do not have DCFS contracts. 11 CANS Recommended Services Report The system will automatically generate a list of providers who offer needed services based on the childs most recent CANS assessment and the childs current address.
