4. Enter your DIFs Entry_ID and click the Begin a new description button.

7. Select the appropriate topic and then search or select the remaining keywords.

9. Select your organization, click Set Data Center Name, and move to the bottom of the page.

10. Select the appropriate entry in the Personnel portion of the page and click the Set the Personnel button. Move down the page to complete this field.

11. Complete the remaining areas and click the Continue >>> button.

12. Enter your summary and click the Continue >>> button.
