39. page 39 Remove Cover To remove the upper cover, you must unscrew four screws on the top and bottom.

48. page 48 Serial Number Serial Number is very important to communicate with Cayin You can find Serial Number on Carton and Product Box The initial 2 letters is product model:  SW: SMP-WEB  SP: SMP-PRO2  WP: SMP-WEBPLUS  WE: SMP-WEB3  PR: SMP-PRO3  CM: CMS server

49. page 49 License Key You can find the product license key on the rear panel of the product. It combines 8~10 digits. When you recover the system or replace the system flash memory, you will be asked to enter the Key in first start up.
