3. Episode 4: Australia

4. My name is Alice. I’m 15 years old. >>

5. I’m in Melbourne, Australia. >>

6. We are renting a house in Bell street. It’s old but cosy

7. I walk along Bell Street, one of the busiest streets in Melbourne, looking for a Red Rooster. It’s around 7:30pm

8. I don’t even know what a Red Rooster looks like, so I’m getting worried >>

9. I draw a new picture of what I think Red Rooster would look like on my player as I walk along the busy road.. I am bored so I draw Brad on my Red Rooster picture. >>

10. Select the drawing button

12. Now I start to play a game on my player, as I walk.

13. It’s called ‘Find the Red Rooster’

14. Click on the Red Rooster before it goes away!

15. You won!!!You won!!!

16. I keep going and I see a Red Rooster sign up ahead. About 800m to go.

17. I start to get really hungry, so I start to run. I’m looking at the real Red Rooster not even looking at what is in front of me on the ground.

18. I suddenly feel a drop in the ground. Now I start to fall and fall. I look down. It looks like I’m falling into a pitch black, never ending hole. I try to scream but the words don’t come.

19. I feel like I’m upside down, then I hear Brad’s voice in my head “Alice, turn your body around into a standing position.” Suddenly I feel a really bad pain in my left leg and then I hear a loud cracking sound.

20. I think I’ve broken my leg

21. I can finally scream.

22. I hear cars zooming past. Now I hear a man’s voice, clearly. “I don’t want to talk to a stupid answering machine, give me the real Ambulance!!!” I think he is talking on a player like mine.

23. I pull out my player and try to call my parents but there is no signal. I hear sirens, I’m scared. “Put your hands up” I think its the police.

24. “Grab onto the rope.”

25. I feel something hit my head, that’s the rope! I grab onto the rope. I feel another searing pain in my leg, I scream, then I let go of the rope.

26. I try again this time I don’t feel such a terrible pain. I feel myself getting pulled up. >>

27. Slowly

28. I see a bright light. I feel my temperature rising. It isn’t so cold any more.

29. I get up onto a stretcher and I am being taken to the Hospital.

30. I’m Safe

31. When I’m in the hospital bed, Ming and John come to see me.

32. They tell me that once I get out of the hospital, we will go to a fancy restaurant in the city!
