10. 10 In Summary Council continues to successfully fulfill its mandate : Continuously liaising with regulators on transportation- related issues and regulations Addressing environmental issues related to planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of transportation infrastructure Investigating potential projects Raising awareness of environmental issues within TAC membership, particularly on climate change Mandate complimented by Environmental Issues Management Standing Committee and Environmental Advisory and Legislation Standing Committee Environment Council
