Multi-Site User Query Results with standard descriptions in HID (i.e. data provenance) Result Images and XML wrapper in Data Grid FIPS Results FIPS: FSL Image Processing Scripts HID(s) (Local) Data Grid (Local) fMRI Scanner Clinical Data Computer aided scale input via clinical data entry interface FBIRN Workflow DICOM, NIFTI FMRI Images Automated image upload to Data Grid/HID for sharing

TabletPC  Why use it?  Real-time feedback for missing or nonsense responses, ability to perform conditional skips  Allow for smooth, efficient data collection without impeding interview flow (tablet mode)  Allow for annotation of each question  Allow for ad-hoc annotation (margin notes)  Protocol Management: Let the rater know which assessments they should collect, which assessments have not been collected on any particular participant  Rapid submission of clinical assessment data, no months of waiting for data to be entered and made available

Clinical Tablet PC  Assessment design and implemented for Jansen study and Phase III  Interface testing – clinicians  Improved user interface  Tablet tested with postgreSQL HID  Tested remote HID data import via webservices  Updated software  Bug fixes  Full NITRC hosting

Tablet Prerequisites  HID database converted from Oracle to Postgres with the most recent schema release and patches installed  HID web application updated to the most recent code release  Tablet Hardware that can run using Windows XP SP3 with the tablet SDK (the software has not been upgraded to vista or windows 7).  A NITRC account to download software, updates and interact with the developers and community to report bugs, discuss features, etc  Active network connection that can reach your site’s HID web application server to call a webservice for submitting

Tablet Training Tuesday: Susan Lane, MRN tablet developer will be onsite tomorrow to provide training on how to use the tablet, go over the interface, set up, how to establish your sites raters, how to start assessments, how to establish raters, how to submit assessments, any other questions or issues? Goal: have each phase3 data collection site submit at least one assessment to their own HID (If firewall rule permits) or to the UCI HID. Also for Invega sites, each site should be able to submit an assessment to UCI HID.
