13 IT Vision - “We Deliver Quality Solutions For Our Customers” 13 2006 Budget Opportunities under Review - Consolidate maintenance contracts across IEEE and identify potential costs reductions - Draft process defined; Reviews underway - As we implement BMS, use retooled IT resources to support Internet/Portal efforts - Eliminate contractor/outsourcing expenses for ieee.org and myIEEE.org, etc. – High level plan defined - Transition underway - Review contractor costs – Confirm with BMS plans
