9 Setting Our Kabbalot A small, achievable goal that has to do with the value. Examples: –Say thank you to your parents at least two times each day. –Write two things you are thankful for in your gratitude journal each day. –Write thank you notes to family members/friends expressing gratitude. –Give someone a thank you gift for something you appreciate. –Every time you get upset with someone, think about something you are grateful for about them before you speak. –Say thank you prayers every morning and evening.

10 Focus Phrase Helps us remember our kabbalot. Try to reflect on your focus phrase for a minute or two each morning. –Examples: Thank you Todah rabah Ha’karat ha’tov I am grateful for _____. My needs are met. Modeh ani Songs?
