What does HIIRC aim to do? Improve quality, innovation and productivity by: Improving sector engagement Identifying & serving as a central repository of best practice, innovations, new evidence & learning across the sector Making New Zealand related research more accessible to clinicians, providers, researchers, evaluators & policy makers

Knowledge library of NZ research Discussion groups with expert facilitating e.g. health target champions Improvement methodology resources, tools and guidelines News and calendar of events Improvement tips and stories Inventory of successful NZ based initiatives Support for network based communications Virtual meeting room facility (Meet Up)

The Knowledge Library Scope – Primarily NZ based research on quality and innovation in the health sector from 2000 onwards. – Currently holds over 3000 abstracts. Maintenance – Research New Zealand contracted to mid-2012.
