Who is involved with the Executive Branch? The President, Vice President and Cabinet members.

What powers does the President have? Commander of Armed Forces Make treaties appoint the ambassadors

What are the duties of the presidents?? Keep the U.S.A in budget Make sure that laws are enforced Protect the constitution Deal with other countries if they try to fight with the U.S.A.

How does the constitution limit the powers of the president? The constitution is like a guide line for the president to follow The president cannot change what is in the constitution The president must share some of his powers with the congress

How are the branches organized: Department of state: to handle relations with other countries. Department of treasury: to handle the money of the federal government.

Qualifications for being president! National born citizen, has to be 35 years of age, has to be at least 14 years as a resident of the U.S.!

Other Fun Facts: The president is not in charge of all of the laws they must also be passed by the other branches of government.
