6. Scholastic Reading Inventory (SRI) Students’ reading levels will be assessed using the SRI. The SRI will generate a list of recommended reading based on the student reading level and subject interests. Students are encouraged to read a balance of fiction and nonfiction material.

12. Absent or Late Work If a student is absent, it is their responsibility to see me when they return for make up assignments. They can also check red box for classwork, and red pockets for homework. Homework is also available on my website. Absent work can be made up for full credit. (same number of days) Late work must be turned in by end of grading period. The highest grade late work will receive is a “C”.
