Know what you want Ideally you would have an idea of what you would like to see – but this is not always essential

Want what you get Sometimes you will see things and get ideas that you were not expecting

Afterwards Two conversations, one within 24 hours, the other within two weeks.

FEEDBACK Better if questions are posed rather than to say what you think Ask why certain things happened
