The TrackEquipment Software is designed to help you Track Everything you have in your Inventory from Toilet Paper - To - Helicopters TM

There are 6 different sections within the program for tracking your Equipment. There are 6 different sections within the program for tracking your Equipment.

And there are two different Types of Equipment. * Individual Items * And * Disposable Items * Disposable Items *

Each item in the Database will have one of Four (4) different types of Status: “ Active ” Equipment “ Inactive ” Equipment “ Off Line ” Equipment “ Disposed Of ” Equipment All of your Equipment that is currently assigned and in use. All of your Equipment that is on the Shelf or Ready to be assigned. All of your Equipment that is off line being Serviced or Repaired. All of the “Where”, “When” and “How” you disposed of the Equipment that you no longer have. Helps Make You Accountable !

The General Equipment Section will allow you to capture and track any type of Equipment.

You select the element or method you want to use to locate an item, then go to that Drop-Down List.

Then click on the one you want to locate and the program will retrieve it for you.

Now when you push any of the report buttons, which sort the information in different ways, the only records that will appear on the report are the ones that match the criteria you selected above.

Something you will find throughout the entire program is that buttons on the screens with a Black Colored Label take you to other screens.

It will open this screen. From here you can enter a number to indicate how many days in advance of the scheduled Service or Repairs Date that you want the Alert to be activated on the item’s Main Menu.

This button will open a screen where you can see the Version number of the program and change the way your company name appears on your reports.
