Facilitating the Discussion: Tips Participant introductions and roles Arrange the group for discussion (circles or small teams) Encourage your attendees to use the activity guide (and all the resources) Ask questions relative to participant expertise Synthesize Consider showing notes on a projector via a wiki

Continuing the Discussion After the event: – Set aside time for follow-up – Use the focus session recordings and readings for continued professional development – Ask people to share how their ideas might support planning
