Organizational Cornerstones Contract with “Conference Management Services” (CMS) is being finalized as we speak and will cover: – Handling of all money streams, from registration payments to IEEE audit. – Handling of all admin matters for papers (including IEEExplore compliance) – Call for papers – Webpage, including updating etc.

Budget Cornerstones Expected number of participants 820 Conference hotel room per night $189 (multiple occupancy allowed); and many cheaper hotels nearby. Registration fee: currently planned at $600, with reduced rate $300. – Welcome reception – One luncheon – One dinner banquet – Coffee breaks ISIT is guaranteeing 1720 room-nights

Technical Program Committee CfP is ready (see paper handout…) – Submission deadline: January 7, 2010 – Reviews in: March 8, 2010 – TPC meeting: with CISS (Princeton), likely Saturday, March 20, 2010 – Notifications: April 1, 2010 – Session arrangements: mid-April 2010 TPC composition confirmed (65 regular members, 5 appeals members)
