Objectives: Participants will be able identify ways to work in the collaborative effectively so every stakeholder’s needs are met. Participants will recognize how to lead the collaborative without always stating that they are the “LEAD” partner. Participants will know how to effectively collaborate on initiatives to drive student achievement.

Fourth Partner and Team Norms School Partner Maintain open communication with building administrators (grade level principal and/or head principal). Request permission for ALL DIPLOMAS NOW/Talent Development events and activities (DON’T ASSUME). Serve as a building staff not just as a DIPLOMAS NOW/Talent Development employee. Norms Come up with norms as a DN/TD team. Remain consistent with norms at all meetings.

GLOBAL Youth Service Day Talent Showcase STEM Night Use unified language regarding the DN/TD model. The old saying… There is no “I” in partner. District personnel Donors Students and Parents Volunteers
