2 Security Enhancements for SAT Testing  Registrations must include the registrant’s date of birth, gender, high school code and current grade in high school. Incomplete registrations will not be processed.  Students will be prompted to provide a current, acceptable photo of themselves as part of registration. The photo will become part of the Admission Ticket. The photo is required of almost all students.  No test day changes or standby testing will be permitted. Students may be able to request Waitlist Status online up to five days before test day. 2

3 The Admission Ticket with Photo  The student’s photo becomes part of the Admission Ticket.  Students in the 8th grade or below are exempt from photos, and their tickets will say so. 3

4 Helping Students Submit a Photo Some students may not have access to a digital camera or a computer at home. Here are some ways counselors may be able to help:  Use school computers and cameras to take, upload and print photos.  Scan and upload yearbook photos or provide copies of photos for taping to paper forms.  Request digital copies of official school photos/portraits.  Organize photo events during which students can have their photos taken. All photos must meet College Board photo requirements, which can be found in the Registration Guide for the SAT ® and SAT Subject Tests™ or online at sat.org/photo-requirements. sat.org/photo-requirements 4

5 Information for Counselors  High schools will automatically receive all test scores for their students.  Authorized users can help ensure test integrity by using the SAT ® Photo Viewer.  Access the viewer through the online SAT Counselor Registration Report. 5
