7 2011 Member Guest – Calcutta  Auction Begins immediately after Thursday Steak Dinner  Pre-Auction (All monies collected by Jeff Smalley)  Players may buy ‘rights’ to ½ of team for $100  Players may buy ‘team’ for $300  Players may “NOT” bid on team if they do not choose either of the above  Auction  Opening bid for ALL teams is $200  Bidding will be in increments of $20  If a team has no bids for $200 then reverse auction will commence  $100 Minimum Team Bet (Rules below apply)  If players own ‘rights’ then they own 100% of team  If players DO NOT own ‘rights’ then team will be auctioned as part of ‘Block’ once all teams have completed the bid process  Thursday Optional Activities  Practice Round Skins Game  Fun & Games (Starts @ 3pm)  Longest Drive  Putting Contest  Masters Par Three contest (by Flight)  Cigar Shop and Bourbon Tasting 7

8 2011 Member Guest – Handicap Policy  Pre-tournament  All players handicaps, as of June 1, 2011, will be used  Players must have a valid USGA handicap, as of June 1, 2011  Handicap Chairman has the right to adjust handicaps prior to the tournament  In – Tournament  USGA Handicap Manual Appendix E will be used  If a player exceeds 100 to 1 odds (per Appendix E) that player will be adjusted accordingly. Only the first two matches played will be used in 2011.  The ‘new’ handicap will be applied retroactively to the first 2 matches and results adjusted accordingly. The player will play to the adjusted handicap for the remaining 3 matches. 8
