Rules 1.Be respectful: respect the teacher, respect other students and respect yourself! Respect school property, especially our computers. 2.Raise your hand for permission to talk. There are four times when you CANNOT talk: 1) When the teacher is talking; 2) When another student is commenting or asking a question; 3) When taking a test or quiz; 4) During announcements. 3.Follow instructions the first time they are given. 4.Raise your hand for permission to get out of your seat.

Consequences 1.Students who do not follow the rules or instructions will first receive a warning. 2.The second time (in one day) the student receives a warning, the teacher will talk one on one with the student, ensuring the student understands the rules. 3.The third warning (in the same day) the student will receive a referral to the administrator and his/her parents notified. 4.The “severe clause” is when a serious incident happens; the student may go directly to the administrator. The teacher is the decision maker.
