Questions Where are you architecturally? Both as-is and planned? How is content ingested? How are assets managed? MAM and CMS. How is content being distributed? Both formatting and delivery. What are the client side applications and how are they developed? When is content served directly to the consumer vs. served up on 3rd party system like YouTube or an MVPD TV everywhere offering? How are rights managed and how is the non-linear service scheduled? DRM requirements and management? How are users and subscription managed? Billing? Authentication? Against MVPDs? How is customer service handled? Federated through MVPD or direct? Ad serving? Own and third party?
