19 Palm Coast City Council 2012 STRATEGIC ACTION PLAN Strategic Plan Next Steps – City management to begin establishing Strategies for each Objective within Strategic Goals. – All open major projects to be listed according to Goal, Objective, and Strategy, including financial status. Budget process will outline new requests by Goal and Objective
